1. The nominee should be an eastern based media personality working for a media house in the region except for the ERMEA PRIDE Awards where the media personality must come from the region but works for a media house outside the region
2. The nominee must have a show/program running.
3. The nominee must be recognized as an employee or staff of the media house
4 (a) The nominee must be working for the media house for not less than 6months and above.
(b) Any media personality that switches or moves from one media house to another qualifies for nomination after 3months and above. The said personality should have worked for the previous media house for six months and above before the move.
